Midnight Snack Reinvented: Hummus Bruschetta

Welcome back to another "Prep&Plate" post! Today, we're tackling the most important meal of the day - your midnight snack. We're going to show you a simple yet flavorful twist on a classic that's perfect for late-night munchies or even a quick appetizer - Hummus Bruschetta.

Our Infused Mediterranean Foods Hummus adds a creamy, tangy base to the traditional bruschetta that pairs wonderfully with the fresh tomatoes and basil.

Here's what you'll need:

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch rounds

- Olive oil for brushing

- 1 cup of Infused Mediterranean Foods Hummus - whichever you choose!

- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced

- 1 clove of garlic, minced

- Fresh basil leaves, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each one with olive oil. Toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.

While your baguette slices are toasting, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.

Once the baguette slices are ready, let them cool slightly. Spread a generous layer of our hummus onto each slice. Then, spoon the tomato-basil mixture on top of the hummus.

This Hummus Bruschetta is a satisfying snack that's packed with fresh flavors. It's a great way to use our hummus in a new and delicious way, and it's sure to impress whether you're treating yourself to a midnight snack or serving it to guests as an appetizer.
