Weeknight Wonder: Falafel Tacos with Hummus Slaw

Welcome back to another installment of our "Prep&Plate" series! Tonight, we're putting a Mediterranean spin on a beloved classic – Tacos. Our version features our Dalal's Falafel and a tangy hummus slaw for a deliciously satisfying weeknight meal.

This fusion of flavors brings together the best of both worlds and showcases the versatility of our Infused Mediterranean Foods products.

Here's what you'll need:

- 8 small tortillas

- 8 pieces of Dalal's Falafel from Infused Mediterranean Foods

- 2 cups of shredded cabbage

- 1 cup of Infused Mediterranean Foods Hummus

- 1 lime, juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh cilantro and hot sauce for serving

Start by warming up your Dalal's Falafel according to the package instructions.

While the falafel is warming, prepare your hummus slaw. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, hummus, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss until the cabbage is well coated.

Now, it's time to assemble your tacos. Warm your tortillas, then add one piece of falafel to each tortilla. Top with a generous serving of hummus slaw.

To serve, garnish each taco with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce.
