Meal Prep Magic: Falafel Salad Bowls for the Week

Today, we're sharing a simple and delicious meal prep recipe that will make your week a whole lot tastier - Falafel Salad Bowls.

Infused Mediterranean Foods' Dalal's Falafel is the star of these nourishing bowls, adding protein and a burst of flavor that will keep you satisfied throughout the day.

Here's what you'll need:

- 12 pieces of Dalal's Falafel from Infused Mediterranean Foods

- 6 cups of mixed salad greens

- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 cup of cooked quinoa

- Hummus and tzatziki sauce for serving

To begin, warm up your Dalal's Falafel according to the package instructions. While the falafel is warming, prepare your vegetables and cook your quinoa.

Now, it's time to assemble your salad bowls. Divide the salad greens between four containers. Next, divide the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion slices evenly among the containers. Add a quarter cup of cooked quinoa to each container.

Once the falafel is ready, add three pieces to each salad bowl. When you're ready to eat, just add a dollop of hummus and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce to your bowl.
